Traditional Pumpkin Pie Recipe

A sweet, simple dessert that almost everyone loves? Pumpkin pie! Follow this simple recipe for a sweet treat to finish off your thanksgiving!

Pumpkin Pie

Yield: 8 servings


  • 1 15oz can pumpkin
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 9in unbaked pie crust (or premade graham cracker crust if you prefer)


  • Mixing bowl
  • Wisk
  • Rubber spatula

Preheat oven to 425F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into crust. Bake for 15 minutes then lower oven temp to 350 and continue to bake for 35-40 minutes until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool and garnish with whipped cream. Enjoy!
