Another crockpot meal! This is PERFECT for a hot day when you don’t want to have the oven on all day. Just set it and forget it!
Cajun spice mix
Pork shoulder or butt
6 oz Crushed pineapple
¾ c Orange juice
Using the cajun spice mix found here, rub your pork shoulder or butt down with the spice. Make sure to really get it all covered in all of the little creases and crevices of the pork.
Place in the crockpot and add crushed pineapple and orange juice. Sprinkle a little extra cajun spice on top and turn the crockpot on high for at least 6 hours or until the pork shreds. Leave the meat in the juice from cooking it. This will act as the sauce.
Serve on buns with your favorite sides!
