Quinoa Tabbouleh


Quinoa is a super healthy grain that adapts to just about any flavor style you want it too. By itself, it has a slight nutty flavor which complements just about any style of quinoa you want! This Tabbouleh is flavorful and healthy! 

What you’ll need: 

1 cup quinoa

2 cups water

½ cup olive oil

2 bunches parsley, chopped

1 large tomato, diced

1 tsp garlic, chopped

¼ cup lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon


Cook you quinoa by bringing the water to a boil and adding the grain. There should be no water left over. Immediately add the garlic and the olive oil and stir. Allow the quinoa to cool for about 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and serve!
