If you're craving something sweet but don't want to break the diet, then give this homemade peanut butter banana ice cream a try!
4 very ripe bananas
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Using a stand mixer, beat the whipping cream into soft peaks. Add the powdered sugar and beat to stiff peaks. Set aside. In a food processor, add the bananas and the peanut butter and blend until smooth.
Pour banana mix into a bowl and fold the whipped cream into it, one third at a time. Fold in the chocolate chips
Pour into a freezer safe container and cover. Freeze for at least 6 hours and serve!
