Miso is such a great flavor for multiple uses. From soups to salad dressing, miso gives such a unique and complex flavor profile. Miso also goes fantastic with chicken, pork AND certain cuts of beef (try it with flank steak!). If you enjoy miso, then you’re sure to love this miso grilled chicken!
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
¾ cup white miso paste
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup honey
Combine the miso, vinegar, garlic powder, and honey in a bowl. Mix well. The marinade should be very thick. Coat the chicken and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours and up to 6 hours.
Make sure your grill is very hot. Using spray oil, carefully spray the grates to ensure they are well coated to prevent sticking.
Grill your chicken until it’s done. Enjoy!
