This is more of an “old-fashioned” dessert. I can also be eaten with a meal, though!
To make this, you need:
2 box of lime jello (or 1 big box)
2 shredded carrots
2 ribs shredded celery
1 can crushed pineapple, drained and squeezed out
In a pan, mix the carrots, celery and pineapple together.
Make the jello according to the directions. Pour into the carrot, celery and pineapple mix and stir to combine. Use whatever type of vessel you want. Bundt pans are very popular for this dessert, but a basic 9x13 pan works just as perfectly! Allow setting completely. Enjoy!
Tip: If you want, you can add other ingredients such as maraschino cherries or shredded apple.
