Easy Cajun Shrimp Bake


Shrimp is a favorite among many people. Whether it’s grilled, fried, baked or boiled, people love it! Follow this for a quick and easy shrimp dinner.

One Pan Cajun Shrimp Bake

Yield: 4 servings 


  • 1 lb of medium shrimp
  • 1 lb of andouille sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbl Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups minute rice
  • 1 c water
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 2 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lime
  • Sour cream, optional
  • Cilantro, optional


  • Glass baking pan
  • Foil

Grease pan and place rice in the bottom of the pan and add the water. Toss the shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes with the oil and Cajun seasoning and place over top of the rice. Cover with foil and bake in 375F oven for 20-30 minutes or until shrimp is cooked and rice has absorbed the water. Mix rice and toppings together and allow to bake for about 10 more minutes. Squeeze the juice of one lime over top once done and serve with some sour cream and chopped cilantro.
